High Fiber vegetables

We know eat more fiber for good for our digestive system to get rid of toxic.

  • Fiber will delay the absorption for the Sugar.
  • Lot of disease related to sugar. - espeically for artifical sugar.  

Here are some suggestion high fiber vegetables.

  • Broccoli
  • Spinach
  • Green Peas
  • Swiss Chard
  • Kidney beans
  • Lima Beans
  • Black-eyed Beans
  • Lentils.
